An AI-powered inbox analytics platform that transforms a business email account into a strategic intelligence tool — surfacing sender patterns, relationship graphs, and noise signals in real time. Built with zero backend storage; all processing happens client-side via OAuth.
Sample data showing what a connected inbox looks like inside the platform.
Total emails, unique senders, peak hours, and response rate — updated live as new mail arrives via OAuth stream.
Every sender scored and labelled: Client, Vendor, Newsletter, Internal, or Noise — using LLM-assisted classification on sender metadata.
Interactive node graph showing every contact and communication frequency. Filter by time window. Reveals hidden network patterns.
24-hour activity heatmap reveals when inbox is busiest. Used to optimise send timing, staff coverage, and SLA windows.
Surfaces every newsletter and promo list ranked by volume. One-click audit of what's clogging the inbox with actionable cleanup.
Connects via OAuth read-only access. No emails stored on any server. All processing happens in the browser session only.
Track supplier quotes, booking requests, and staff communications in one dashboard. Know at a glance which emails need action today.
Never miss a quote request. Categorise inbound emails by type — client enquiry, subcontractor, materials supplier — with automatic scoring.
See which leads are cold, which are hot, and which agents email most. The sender graph reveals relationship strength at a glance.
Response rate analytics and SLA monitoring. Know if client emails are being replied to within acceptable windows — automatically.
Email Intelligence was production-deployed on Surrey AI Automation as a bundled feature with Power BI packages. After market testing, the decision was made to sharpen the site's focus exclusively on data analytics and Power BI — the strongest conversion driver. The Email Intelligence platform was archived to preserve it as a standalone product option for future deployment or licensing. All code, UI, and logic is retained in the project archive.
Email Intelligence can be licensed, white-labelled, or rebuilt for your specific industry use case.
